About Etcetera
Hi! My name is Rebecca and I have lived in Downtown and South Austin, TX for the last 16 years.
I am a mother to two elementary aged kiddos and I currently work for a small local municipality, caring for all sorts of sweet pets on the side.
Before coming to Austin, I worked for several years managing a small pet shop in San Antonio, TX, where our primary areas of focus were birds, fish, and small animals, as well as boarding services for customer pets.
Through my work experience, and experience with my own pets over the years, if you can name it, I have probably cared for it or something related to it!
If not, I am always up for learning new things!
what I do
Etcetera Pet Sitting offers affordable, specialized drop-in pet sitting and pet care for exotic pets, small animals, fish, birds, and livestock animals.
My services include but are not limited to:

drop in visits for feeding, cage cleaning, and social interaction for all walks of life! :)

home visits for letting chickens or livestock in and out of coops or enclosures

live or "regular" food pick up if needed (special rate applies)

fish tank monitoring and maintenance

watering plants

house-sitting tasks (mail, packages, monitoring, etc)
What I don't do
Dogs. I love dogs. A lot.
However, due to their loving and interactive natures, dogs tend to require a level of time and attention that does not fit into my business structure in a way that allows me to keep my rates as low as possible.
There are also a lot of options available for dogs out there... not so many for goats and snakes!
